Sales Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, manage customer communication, and ensure the smooth execution of the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
• Track sales leads, customer requests, quotations, orders, and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems and company records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and customer requests are handled on time.
• Support new customer onboarding and post-sale follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French and Arabic are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
