Job description

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Promote assigned specialty pharmaceutical products to relevant specialists and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, specialists, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and key accounts.
  • Deliver professional scientific discussions and product presentations based on approved product messaging and clinical data.
  • Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximize customer coverage and business potential.
  • Achieve assigned sales, market share, activity, and performance objectives.
  • Identify high-potential customers, new accounts, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain effective customer segmentation, call planning, and regular account coverage.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate database of healthcare professionals and key accounts.
  • Monitor prescription trends, market dynamics, customer behavior, and territory performance.
  • Track competitor products, positioning, promotional activities, and market developments.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and customer feedback to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Sales Management to support brand plans and commercial objectives.
  • Support new product launches and ensure effective implementation of launch activities within the assigned territory.
  • Participate in conferences, scientific meetings, educational activities, and other customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and influential healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor product availability and highlight potential stock or supply issues within key accounts.
  • Prepare regular territory, activity, sales, and market performance reports.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products, therapeutic areas, competitors, and relevant market developments.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in specialty therapeutic areas will be considered.
