Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:

• 1. Warehouse assistant who can handle activities like invoice packing, monitoring, container receiving tasks, and inventory checking.
• 2. Coordinate with the sales team for order packaging based on customer demand, alternative suggestions, and item amendments.
• 3. Ensure goods /orders are dispatched within time limits /cut-off to maintain smooth delivery operations and on-time deliveries.
• 4.Verify quantities and condition of goods and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Warehouse In-Charge.
• 5.Maintain and update sales orders in Excel and the relevant system.
• 6. Check and verify the goods' status upon receiving the GRV from customers.
• 7. Should have knowledge about warehouse allocation and arrangement to create a proper goods arrangement system at our warehouse and our third party's warehouse.
• 8. Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to support smooth daily operations.
• 9. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall efficiency of the warehouse.
• 10.Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse In-Charge or management.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum two years of UAE experience in a similar role (experience outside the UAE also be considered)* Must have knowledge about the warehouse operations.

* Familiarity with inventory software and proficiency in Excel for data entry and order processing.

* Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Work Location: Ras Al khor, Dubai

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
