Customer Service Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and client-focused Customer Relations & Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, delivering superior service, conducting in-person consultations, presenting options, and guiding clients through their requirements with utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients in person to explain services, address inquiries, and handle specific requirements with confidence.
• Manage phone and written communications, providing prompt, clear, and professional information.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, utilizing effective negotiation skills to close deals.
• Travel to property sites, client meetings, or related locations as required by business operations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive continuous customer satisfaction.
• Communication: Strong customer service orientation with fluent written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience & Capabilities:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is highly advantageous.
• Industry Experience: Previous background in real estate, leasing, property management, hospitality, or client service.
• Client Handling: Confident, polished, and professional demeanor during both in-person meetings and phone calls.
• Core Competencies: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Driving Ability: Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client or property-related activities (required for at least one selected candidate).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
