For more information, visit www.jaggaer.com What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Solution Consultant to act as a business and functional advisor to clients throughout software implementation projects. You will translate business requirements into effective solution designs, configure the application, manage project delivery within agreed scope and controls, and support a successful transition to the Support team. Principal Responsibilities:

• Translate client business requirements into solution needs and configure the application accordingly.
• Build functional solutions within Statement of Work specifications, including scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Manage assigned implementation projects with moderate guidance.
• Lead on-site and remote requirements-gathering sessions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, including software issues, scope challenges, and delays.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships.
• Collaborate with JAGGAER departments to resolve client issues.
• Manage communication of relevant project information to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project controls, including hours budget versus actuals, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment.
• Identify and communicate scope changes affecting resources, timelines, or financial commitments through the change-order process.
• Ensure a successful transition from Implementation to Support.
• Provide work direction and mentoring to other team members.
• Recommend business process improvements based on client requirements.

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of business experience, including at least 2+ years of experience in application implementation or client-facing consulting.
• 2+ years of experience with eProcurement, supply chain, or contract lifecycle management software is preferred.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, contribute independently, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to take initiative and drive tasks and issues through to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work extensively by telephone and in person with clients and suppliers.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and other standard business productivity tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 20-30%.
• Professional judgment and critical-thinking skills.

Nice to have* Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience implementing software-as-a-service solutions or ERP systems with systems integration.
• Experience with the Waterfall project management methodology.
• Experience in business automation and workflow process development.
• Additional language skills.
