Experienced Business Setup Advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The role involves assisting entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses with establishing and managing their companies while providing professional guidance throughout the entire setup process.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them choose the right business structure and providing support with company incorporation, trade licensing, visas, corporate banking, and post-setup services across UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.

We are looking for someone who understands the UAE business environment, enjoys working with clients, and is motivated by achieving sales targets and building long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with prospective clients to identify their business objectives, requirements, and investment plans.
• Recommend suitable UAE business structures based on the client's activities, budget, ownership requirements, and long-term goals.
• Clearly explain the advantages, requirements, and procedures associated with Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations.
• Manage and coordinate the company incorporation process from initial consultation through to final approval.
• Assist clients with trade license applications, company registration, government approvals, and other regulatory procedures.
• Prepare and submit required documents while coordinating with relevant government authorities and following up on applications.
• Support clients with investor, employment, and family visa applications and processing.
• Coordinate with banking partners and assist clients throughout the corporate bank account opening process.
• Ensure clients receive accurate and timely information regarding UAE regulations, compliance requirements, and government procedures.
• Maintain professional and long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, digital leads, direct outreach, and follow-ups.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversions and achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Provide after-sales and post-incorporation assistance, including license renewals, company modifications, and compliance-related services.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months or more of relevant UAE experience in business setup, company formation, corporate sales, or a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE visa processing and corporate banking requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients.
• Ability to generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert prospects into clients.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage several clients simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be considered an added advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
