Sales Coordinator (Pipeline)

Job purpose: This role is focused on handling Dealer Channel Sales (Nissan, Infiniti and Renault) and Dealer management with continuous expansion of Dealer sales segment

Job responsibilities:

Achieving Monthly Sales Target* Maximize profitability and minimize losses* Execute plans and take corrective actions* Provide opportunities to the team to improve their skills* Regularly contacting existing and new customers via email, phone and social media* Making regular market visits for new enquiries and customer acquisitions* Sending follow up and introductory emails to existing and new customers* Providing end-to-end service to the customers from enquiry level to delivery*

• Coordinating with PDI, Logistics and Shipping companies to ensure the smooth delivery of vehicles Ensure strict compliance with company SOP and GIA recommendations*
• Ensuring documentation as per the requirements for Customs Duty and VAT claim
• Updating of lead, customer details in Salesforce and processing the orders Coordination with GIT, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams* Collecting the market/competitor’s information for internal updates* Visiting markets on regular basis to study and collect data for infringement activity and provide report* Prepare and share monthly market reports to the Head of the Department*

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree / Diploma / any relevant qualification

Work Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in Customs clearance and freight forwarding services
