Logistics Coordinator & Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Sharjah Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Logistics Coordinator & Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, deliveries, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

Coordinate deliveries, collections, drivers, transport companies, and delivery schedules. Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and logistics documents. Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, and Operations teams. Prepare daily/weekly warehouse and logistics reports.

Resolve delivery, stock, and operational issues promptly. Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations. Experience supervising warehouse staff preferred.

Good knowledge of inventory control and delivery coordination.

Good computer and MS Excel skills; ERP/WMS experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of daily operations. Valid driving license is an advantage.
