Tour Consultant

We are currently looking for a qualified candidate who is passionate and has great enthusiasm for travel industry for our new opening office in Dubai. The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting and booking travel arrangements for clients from start to finish both domestic and international travel. Travelco Middle East LLC is a fast-growing Travel & Tourism company, established in 2014 by industry professionals having extensive experience in the provision of Travel services within the Middles East and around the Globe. We possess the necessary expertise to advise you where to go and what to do both within the UAE and to a large variety of international destinations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients’ inquiries and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable travel destinations, experiences, and packages.
• Design tailored travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences, considering factors such as interests, budget, and duration.
• Regularly maintain a good relationship with our existing & new clients.
• Manage flight bookings, accommodation reservations,

transportation arrangements, and other travel-related services.

• Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best options for clients. Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.
• Follow through to meet deadlines and requests
• Works independently and/or within a team on special projects as assigned Requirements
• Capable of managing a demanding workload with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to change as needed
• Knowledge of handling VIPs and arranging itineraries will be an added advantage
• Prepare necessary travel documents and ensure they are provided to clients.
• Strong sense of respect, teamwork, dignity, and integrity Skills Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a Travel Agent experience is a MUST.

Requirements:

• You are currently located in UAE Career minded and ambitious with ability to work independently
• Excellent command over verbal and written English communication skills
• Efficient negotiation and sales skills
• Previous experience as a Tours Consultant, Travel Advisor, or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• 3 years’ experience in travel industry with minimum 1 year in the UAE
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays to accommodate clients' needs
• Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
• Strong destination knowledge and familiarity with popular travel destinations.
• Proficiency in using travel reservation systems and software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
