WE ARE HIRING | TELESALES AGENTS – DUBAI

Glen Colton Property LLC is expanding its sales team and is looking for Telesales Agents to join our growing real estate business in Business Bay, Dubai.

We are seeking confident and target-driven individuals with strong communication skills who are passionate about sales, lead generation and client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp
• Handle and qualify leads provided by the company
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable property opportunities
• Schedule property consultations and viewing appointments for the sales team
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong client relationships
• Update lead information and activities in the CRM
• Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and CRM teams
• Achieve individual and team sales and lead-generation targets

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales experience is preferred
• Real estate experience is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Dubai/UAE market knowledge is an advantage
