Telesales Representative (Tamil Speaking)

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. The main responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to company-provided leads, understand customer requirements, explain suitable financial products/services, and convert leads into customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-driven, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with potential customers.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely communication.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively.
• Convert leads into successful customers/applications.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate lead information and call records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for customer onboarding and application processing.
• Follow company sales procedures and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
• Experience in financial services, banking, loans, credit cards, insurance, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fluent Tamil is mandatory.
• Good spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: AED1,680.41 - AED3,675.31 per month
