DHA Licensed Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician

Trusta Medical Center is seeking a qualified, experienced, and highly presentable Sonographer / Ultrasound Technician with a valid DHA license to join our multidisciplinary medical team.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA license as a Sonographer.
• Recognized qualification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Diagnostic Ultrasound, or a relevant field.
• Previous clinical experience performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
• Experience in obstetric, gynecological, abdominal, and pelvic ultrasound is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment, scanning techniques, and image quality standards.
• Well-groomed and highly presentable, with a professional appearance and a welcoming attitude toward patients.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient privacy and comfort.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the medical team.
• Good command of English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound examinations as requested by physicians and within the authorized scope of practice.
• Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout the scan.
• Obtain clear ultrasound images and accurate measurements for physician review.
• Document examinations and maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
• Communicate relevant observations promptly to the supervising or referring physician.
• Follow infection control procedures, including cleaning and disinfecting probes and equipment.
• Maintain the examination room and report equipment issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the medical team to support smooth appointments and high-quality patient care.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 5,000.
• Additional percentage-based commission on eligible ultrasound services performed, with the percentage and calculation terms to be agreed upon during the hiring process.
