Job description
We are hiring an all-around home maintenance person must be with a diverse skill set and have an experience in various areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
Qualifications:
-Should be flexible with timings.
-Should have a UAE Driving License.
- Should be comfortable handling a wide range of maintenance tasks around the property.
**-**Should have a proven track record in home maintenance or related fields.
-Should be able to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
-Should be dependable and able to respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Good Communication Skills - Should be clear communicators and have a good understanding into the needs of the property owner and keeping them informed about the status of repairs.
-Attention to detail - A keen eye for detail ensures that maintenance tasks are completed to a high quality standards.
-Safety-consciousness- Should prioritize safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
-Customer service orientation- A friendly and helpful demeanor that can make interactions with property owner.
