(Field) Marketing Specialist

The role will support marketing activities across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, with a strong focus on B2B events, field marketing, campaign execution and partner engagement within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute customer events, workshops, conferences, sponsorships and internal engagement events.
• Manage end-to-end event delivery, including vendors, logistics, branding, collateral and on-site coordination.
• Execute B2B marketing, demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate joint marketing activities with technology/OEM partners, including MDF-funded initiatives.
• Work closely with sales, technology and regional marketing teams on campaigns and go-to-market activities.
• Track campaign performance, event ROI, leads and key marketing metrics.
• Coordinate marketing content, digital assets and event materials with internal teams and external agencies.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with 2–3+ years of B2B or field marketing experience , ideally within technology, IT, systems integration or enterprise solutions.

The successful candidate should bring:

• Strong hands-on event and campaign management experience.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors and partners.
• Exposure to OEM/partner marketing and MDF management is preferred.
• Good understanding of CRM and marketing tools.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
