About the Role
Uniland Properties is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are looking for a creative, hands-on candidate with 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience who can both create engaging content and manage our social media platforms .
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit Reels, property videos, project videos and promotional content.
- Visit properties and projects to capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Develop creative content ideas based on current social media and real estate trends.
- Manage the company's daily social media posting and content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and promotional content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create property-focused content.
- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Stay updated with trending Reels, formats, sounds and social media strategies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate is mandatory.
- Proven experience in both content creation and social media management .
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience with Reels, video shooting and video editing .
- Good photography and visual storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and property marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
- Candidates must have a portfolio or examples of previous work.
Preferred Skills
- Video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Canva or other graphic design tools.
- Experience creating real estate/property content.
- Comfortable appearing in videos when required.
Important: Candidates without UAE real estate experience will not be considered.
