Real Estate Videographer

Job role

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer / Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content that showcases our properties, strengthens our brand, and supports lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, experienced in video production, and capable of delivering engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality property walkthrough videos, lifestyle content, and professional property photography.
• Produce engaging short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.
• Record agent branding videos, introductions, testimonials, interviews, and educational content.
• Cover property launches, developer events, exhibitions, corporate events, open houses, and site visits.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, framing, audio recording, and equipment management.
• Edit videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, websites, and YouTube.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, color grading, sound design, background music, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to develop creative content aligned with campaign objectives.
• Maintain a well-organized digital library of video footage, photographs, project files, and creative assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated with the latest video production techniques, editing trends, and social media best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle content creation.
• Knowledge of drone videography and aerial photography.
• Experience creating high-converting video ads for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and workflow automation.
• Basic photography editing skills using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.
• Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, drones (licensed where applicable), lighting, microphones, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, composition, color grading, lighting, and sound design.
• Ability to create engaging content optimized for social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent time management, creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
