About the Role

Our client is seeking a Temporary Data Specialist to join their team immediately. This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation in data management and the ability to deliver precise results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, standardize, and de-duplicate datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Create, update, and validate records within SAP Master Data Management.
• Use advanced Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) to analyze and manage large data sets.
• Support data quality audits by reviewing inbound and outbound data for compliance.
• Conduct web research to enrich and validate records.
• Assist with web application testing to ensure system updates and data integrity.
• Utilize data cleansing tools to improve workflows and minimize errors.
• Analyze data trends, identify inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align datasets with business requirements.
• Key Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in data cleaning, validation, and management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience supporting data audits and quality checks.
• Familiarity with web application testing.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Desirable:
• Experience in fast-paced corporate environments.
• Exposure to other ERP systems and/or CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance best practices.
• Freelancers must provide own UAE residence visa, NOC and labour card/work permit is mandatory.
