Conference Producer

ESMOS Recruitment is currently looking for a Conference Producer for a leading event organiser based in Dubai.

As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for the conference from inception to delivery. You will be involved in in-depth market research, identifying relevant and interesting topics, speaker acquisition, and agenda preparation aiming to offer networking opportunities for delegates, speakers and sponsors.

Position Requirement:

• Min of 3+ years in organising international conferences
• Solid in research, planning, and delivery
• Expert in conference programmes, speaker acquisition, agenda preparation
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects through highly effective organizational skills
