Our Investment Banking (‘IB’) group provides a variety of advisory and capital-raising solutions to corporations, financial institutions, private equity, governments and public-sector organizations around the world. About the Program

This is a future opening to commence in July 2027. Being part of our 2-year Graduate program, you will be placed in the IBD group and will have opportunities to work on a number of projects across different industries.

You will be part of the Corporate Finance Group (Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Sponsors) which is organized by industries and provides advice on the full range of strategic transactions, including mergers, sell-side and buy-side advisories, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures and other restructurings.

Our goal is to help you advance by providing you with significant responsibilities and diverse experience. Nomura offers a structured training and support to develop your career and professional skills. Our intensive development program covers relevant aspects of accounting, modelling, valuation and deal structuring together with essential client skills. The training program ensures that the emphasis is on practical application so that you are able to immediately contribute to our business.

About You

Candidates with previous Investment Banking (M&A) internship experience and exposure to deals across ASEAN/Asia, along with proficiency in financial modelling and platforms such as Capital IQ, FactSet, and Pitch Book are preferred.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
