Job Summary

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories to support development and testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery in banking and financial services projects.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams

Prepare comprehensive BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation to support project execution

Develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios aligned with business requirements to validate solutions

Design process flows, wireframes, and UI/UX mockups using Figma to visualize user interactions and system processes

Write simple and complex queries for data analysis and validation to support decision-making and quality assurance

Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, coordinating with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency

Apply Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies effectively to manage project workflows and deliverables

Utilize knowledge of Banking and Financial Services domains to align solutions with industry standards and client needs
