to support our long-term fundamental investment research.

The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in financial statements, listed companies and long-term investing. *Prior equity research or investment industry experience is not required. Training will be provided.*

We value analytical ability, attention to detail, responsibility, willingness to learn and good character over specific prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Research and monitor global listed companies, primarily established large-cap companies
  • Review annual reports, quarterly results, financial statements, investor presentations and company announcements

  • Build and maintain historical financial data and company research records
  • Track quarterly results and compare performance with previous periods and management guidance
  • Monitor important company developments, including management changes, acquisitions, regulatory matters, industry developments and other material events
  • Identify and summarise significant changes in company fundamentals
  • Prepare concise company research notes and monitoring reports
  • Gradually develop skills in fundamental analysis, company valuation and investment research
  • Support the company's long-term investment research and decision-making process

  • Curious and willing to learn
  • Able to organise information systematically
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned research
  • Good written English and ability to read financial reports in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible, dependable and willing to work in a small-team environment
  • Genuine interest in listed companies, business and long-term investing
  • Strong personal integrity and good character

Preferred Background

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in *Accountancy, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Finance, Business*, or a related discipline
  • *Polytechnic and private university graduates are strongly encouraged to apply*
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Candidates with previous experience in accounting, audit, banking operations, finance or financial reporting are also welcome
  • Prior professional investment experience is *not required*
  • Candidates returning to the workforce after a career break are welcome
  • Applicants should already have the right to work in Singapore. No work-pass sponsorship is available for this position.

We are a Singapore-registered trading and operations company with an established track record in cross-border business activities. Our core operations are stable and supported by healthy cash flows generated from long-term commercial activities.

Building on this foundation, the company has gradually begun to formalise the management of its

own corporate capital

, with a focus on

long-term, publicly available investment opportunities

, including listed companies. This work is conducted internally to support management’s understanding, planning, and decision-making, rather than as a financial services business or external investment platform.

At the current stage, investment-related activities are

early-stage and operational in nature

, centred on information organisation, documentation, accuracy checking, and process development. The emphasis is on disciplined research support and structured record-keeping, not on complex financial modelling or active trading.

To support this growing function, we are seeking a

Junior Investment Support & Administrative Assistant

to assist with the review and organisation of English-language public disclosures, internal documentation, and general operational support.

This role is suitable for candidates who value

stability, attention to detail, and long-term development

, and who are comfortable working in a small, evolving environment where responsibilities and processes will gradually take shape over time.
