Workday Reporting Consultant
Full Time • Permanent • Hybrid
Munich, Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt.
The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has just opened up in the Workday ecosystem for a Workday Reporting Consultant. If you have a passion for designing, creating, and enhancing reports and dashboards in Workday, this role offers the chance to work on impactful projects and shape data-driven insights for the business. The Role:
- Design, create, and enhance standard and ad hoc reports & dashboards in Workday.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Management to drive data-based decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to guide business strategy.
About You:
- 3 Years of experience in Workday Reporting.
- Have hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), dashboards.
- Experience transforming data into meaningful insights and collaborating across HR and Finance teams.
- Need to be German Speaker.
