Your Role in the Team As part of our HR team, you will support Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding activities while helping us attract, engage, and hire great talent. This is an excellent opportunity to gain more hands-on experience in recruiting, employer branding, and HR projects within an international environment.
Your Tasks:
- Support end-to-end recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Screen applications and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process for certain positions.
- Support the implementation of AI and automation solutions within Talent Acquisition
- Support talent acquisition reporting, recruiting analytics, and market research.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and project support for Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, marketing, and business teams on employer branding initiatives.
- Support ongoing HR projects and contribute to process improvements across Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and Onboarding.
Requirements:
- You are currently studying (e.g. Business, HR, Psychology or similar) and will stay enrolled for at least 12 more months.
- You are interested in HR topics, especially recruiting, Employer Branding, and working with people.
- You work in a structured and reliable way and pay attention to details.
- You are proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable following up when things are missing.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders.
- You have excellent English skills and very good German skills (C1 level or higher)
- You are comfortable using digital tools and systems, especially AI
