Main Responsibilities:

 Any other responsibilities related to the nature of the department's work or assigned by the Director of the Labor Market Information Department

 Managing partnerships with AI technology providers and research institutions

 Preparing and contributing to the development of the department's strategic plan proposal, and preparing and monitoring the implementation of operational plans to ensure their alignment with the department's objectives

 Staying informed about emerging AI technologies and trends and assessing their potential impact on the ministry

 Collaborating with data engineering teams to ensure the availability and quality of data for AI models

 Performing periodic monitoring of performance indicators, preparing progress reports for the department, and submitting them to the department director

 Participating in the preparation of the department's budget in coordination with the relevant units within the entity

 Developing and maintaining a portfolio of AI use cases, solutions, and data analytics tools

 Developing and implementing strategies to expand AI and analytics capabilities across the ministry

 Strengthening relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services according to the highest standards

 Providing necessary support to the department director and performing any other assigned tasks

 Providing technical expertise and support for AI and analytics initiatives

 Supporting the ministry's digital business development sector with continuous data reviews and recommendations that contribute to the sustainability, accuracy, and vitality of this data, including proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis of any

anticipated risks from stakeholders Feeding digital systems with data or employing this data in related services

 Ensuring the ethical use of artificial intelligence technologies in accordance with regulatory policies and standards

 Leading the development and implementation of AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling to support decision-making and process automation

 Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models and analytics tools

 Establishing programs that promote continuous learning, development, training, and motivation of work teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality services

 Establishing principles and controls for managing and directing operations and improving productivity
