Bartender

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and energetic bartender to prepare and serve a full range of non-alcoholic beverages. Our bar serves no alcohol — the focus is on mocktails, fresh juices, specialty coffee, teas, smoothies, and signature house drinks. You will be the face of the bar, creating memorable drinks and a welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, milkshakes, coffee, tea, and infused beverages to recipe and presentation standards
• Greet guests, take orders, make recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients and allergens
• Operate and maintain bar equipment: juicers, blenders, espresso machines, ice machines, and soda guns
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked before, during, and after each shift
• Monitor inventory of fruit, syrups, garnishes, dairy, and dry goods; report low stock and minimize waste
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards, including proper handling and storage of fresh produce
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and close the register at shift end
• Contribute ideas for new drinks and seasonal menu items
• Support the wider F&B team during busy periods

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, barista, or juice bar attendant (experience in a non-alcoholic or family venue is a plus)
• Knowledge of fresh juice, smoothie, and mocktail preparation; latte art or specialty coffee skills are an advantage
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid food handler / food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20 kg
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
