Foreman - Joinery

The Factory Foreman leads the production team on the shop floor, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality joinery products. They act as a link between the workers and the factory supervisor, ensuring that all tasks are carried out correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory workers.
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure work is carried out according to specifications.
• Ensure proper handling of woodworking machines and tools.
• Train and assist workers in improving their skills.
• Identify production issues and suggest improvements.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and tools, ensuring availability.
• Ensure factory cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Keep daily records of production output and report to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in joinery/carpentry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities
