Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience.
Ability to lift and stand for long shifts
Comfortable using power tools, pneumatic nailers, and general warehouse machinery.
Basic computer skills, math and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assistant to Production In-charge
Pallet Assembly & Repair: knows how to build, nail, repair, or process wood pallets using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and hand tools.
Quality Control: Inspect raw lumber and finished pallets for structural defects, correct dimensions, and safety compliance.
Material Handling: Sort, stack, load, and organize finished pallets and raw materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts.
Machine Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks and routine cleaning on production tools and equipment.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all OSHA and plant safety guidelines.
Record Keeping: Complete daily production counts, shift logs, and defect reports for the floor supervisor.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
