Inventory Supervisor

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Inventory Supervisor to manage day-to-day inventory operations and ensure accurate stock control across our chilled and frozen products. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and close coordination with Procurement to ensure product availability and accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day inventory operations and stock movements

Monitor stock levels and coordinate closely with Procurement to ensure product availability

Ensure accurate receiving, GRNs, transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactions

Conduct regular physical stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepancies

Monitor FIFO/FEFO, expiry dates, damages, wastage, and slow-moving stock

Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in Odoo

Monitor stock accuracy and maintain proper inventory records and documentation

Prepare regular inventory reports and highlight stock-related issues and variances

Ensure proper storage and handling of chilled and frozen products

Support the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures and systems

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control

Experience in food/FMCG is a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO

Experience working with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantage

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Proven ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership

Proficiency in English
