Guest Relations Executive

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for a customer-focused Relationship Executive with healthcare experience.

Preferred Nationalities: Philippines, Sri Lanka & Nepal

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with registration and appointments

• Handle calls, inquiries, feedback, and complaints

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient service

• Maintain strong patient relationships and customer satisfaction

• Support compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer-service and coordination skills

• Professional and patient-focused approach
