Job Title: Real Estate Setter - ONLY German speaker (Warm leads calls)

DG Homes is a forward-thinking real estate brokerage operating within Dubai’s prime and luxury market, with a growing portfolio of exclusive and non-exclusive projects. We are known for transparency, investor trust and premium client service.

We are looking for experienced, German-speaking Real Estate Setters to join our high-performing German Sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated, client-oriented Call expert with a results-driven mindset. Being located in Dubai is a must to participate in a short in-person trial . A minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate is an advantage. Fluency in German is essential!

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently engage with clients over the phone in German .
• Qualify and nurture warm leads for both exclusive and non-exclusive Dubai real estate projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through to a successful handover to the Sales Team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive follow-up and relationship management.
• Work closely with the wider DG Homes team to maximise sales opportunities and drive business growth.

What You Bring

• Proven success in a German telesales, lead generation, or sales role.
• Native or fluent German is mandatory.
• Strong sales technique with confident telephone etiquette.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, target-driven, commission-based environment.
• Experience in Dubai real estate is an advantage but not essential.
• Candidates already based in Dubai are preferred , as a short 1-day in-person trial forms part of the recruitment process.
