Job description
Alive Travel is looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate travel, travel sales, business development, and travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle corporate travel bookings, reservations, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and cancellations.
Use Galileo GDS for flight reservations, fare quotations, ticketing, and itinerary management.
Manage corporate clients and build strong long-term relationships.
Prepare travel quotations and provide professional travel solutions.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and internal Operations teams.
Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
Experience as a Travel Consultant, Corporate Travel Consultant, or Travel Operations Executive.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Galileo GDS.
Strong knowledge of airline reservations, ticketing, reissues, and refunds.
Corporate travel and B2B sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Target-oriented with strong business development abilities.
UAE travel industry experience is an advantage.
