Property Advisor

Future Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for a motivated and professional Property Advisor to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while building strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong interest in real estate, and the ability to work in a target driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties according to their requirements and budget.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information about available properties.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, leads, calls, messages, and online property inquiries.
• Identify suitable properties based on clients’ preferences, budget, location, and investment objectives.
• Promote and market company properties through Property Finder, Dubizzle, social media, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
• Maintain updated and accurate property listings, including prices, availability, descriptions, photos, and property details.
• Follow up regularly with potential clients and convert leads into successful transactions.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Assist clients throughout the transaction process, from initial inquiry and property viewing to closing the deal.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, property owners, and internal team members to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, property prices, new developments, and market trends.
• Build long term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Ensure that all transactions and client dealings are handled professionally and in accordance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self motivated, target oriented, and willing to learn.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Good English communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients and follow up effectively.

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Training for secondary and offlan will be provided.
