Senior Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automotive servicing and repairs, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and repair estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure vehicles are diagnosed and repaired correctly.
• Explain technical issues, repair requirements, and costs clearly to customers.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and service requirements.
• Coordinate with parts and workshop teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work and ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Promote additional services and maintenance recommendations when appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, preferably in a premium/luxury automotive workshop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Good understanding of automotive workshop processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and explain technical matters to customers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy workshop environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE automotive/workshop experience is preferred.
