Logistics cum Duty Free Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics cum Duty Free Coordinator to support logistics operations and coordinate with airport duty-free outlets. The role involves coordinating deliveries, maintaining documentation, supporting inventory activities, and regularly travelling to the airport to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, delivery, and supply chain activities.
• Manage the movement of goods and inventory for duty-free operations.
• Coordinate with airport duty-free outlets and relevant operational teams.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and records using SAP.
• Ensure timely delivery and movement of goods.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock-related activities.
• Resolve day-to-day logistics and operational issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Travel regularly to the airport as required for operational support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination role.
• Knowledge of SAP and logistics processes.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the airport.
• Good English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
