Job description

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies and key-account plans.
  • Deliver order intake, revenue, gross-margin, and cash-flow objectives.
  • Identify drilling programmes and business opportunities at an early stage.
  • Build strong relationships with operators, national oil companies, drilling contractors, EPC companies, and procurement organisations.
  • Lead tenders, quotations, technical-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and CRM records.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, projects, logistics, finance, and service teams.
  • Maintain customer engagement throughout order execution and after-sales support.
  • Represent Oil States at customer meetings, technical presentations, and industry events.
  • Manage agents and business partners in accordance with company governance and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in energy, oilfield products, or oilfield services.
  • At least three years in a senior sales, business development, or marketing role.
  • Proven success in technical sales, territory development, strategic account management, and delivery of commercial targets.
  • Experience with conductor, casing, OCTG, drilling tubulars, or related well-construction products is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Middle East oil and gas markets, customer structures, and procurement practices.
  • Experience managing tenders, pricing strategies, negotiations, and contractual risks.
  • Strong communication, commercial judgement, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English; Arabic or another relevant regional language is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the Middle East and internationally.

Travel Requirements

Regular business travel throughout the Middle East will be required, including travel to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Iraq.
