Sales Agent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Holiday Sales.
• Proven experience in sales and achieving monthly targets.
• Strong knowledge of holiday packages, destinations, hotels, tours, and travel services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle leads, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Strong follow-up and upselling/cross-selling skills.
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous UAE travel agency experience is preferred.
• GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, confident, professional, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
• UAE experience is preferred.
