Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager at Sussland Group of Companies in Geneva, Lausanne, Bern or Zurich. The role involves managing client portfolios, building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a customer-centric focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience working in a bank as client advisor/ relationship manager
- Must reside in Switzerland
