IT cum Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Cum Adminstrator to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, cPanel, hosting accounts, and email configurations
• Handle DNS management, nameserver settings, and DNS propagation issues
• Troubleshoot Outlook, email delivery, and general Microsoft Office issues
• Work with Google Apps Script, Excel automation, and related tools
• Provide IT support for PCs, printers, network devices, and user-related technical issues
• Use Windows CMD and PowerShell for troubleshooting and system administration tasks
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Support general office administration and operational tasks

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of server management and hosting
• Experience with cPanel, VPN, DNS, email systems, and Outlook troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows administration, CMD, and PowerShell
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel functions/scripts
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle both IT and administrative responsibilities efficiently

Preferred:

• Prior experience in IT support / system administration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
