As our team expands internationally, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant – Travel & Operations Coordinator to manage global travel, event logistics, and executive scheduling across multiple countries and time zones.

You'll engage with companies worldwide, identify the right decision-makers, and invite them to contribute information about their service capabilities for publication within our global ecosystem. This is a professional outreach and research role—not a sales position.

What You'll Do

• Contact companies worldwide.
• Identify and engage with the appropriate decision-makers.
• Introduce our project and explain the benefits of participating.
• Encourage companies to complete our information questionnaire.
• Follow up with contacts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Verify information before publication.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable speaking with senior business contacts.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good attention to detail.
• Confident using LinkedIn, email, and CRM systems.
• Flexible to work within a global business operating across multiple time zones.
