About the Role

We're a multi-brand marketing and advisory group based in Dubai, managing social media, content, and client servicing across real estate, financial services, and fintech portfolios — both for our internal brands and external agency clients. We're hiring a Social Media & Client Servicing Manager who can own content strategy, production, and client relationships end-to-end, with real estate marketing experience being a strong plus.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role — you won't just plan calendars, you'll shoot and edit reels, direct a designer, service client accounts, and help build organic followings from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own social media strategy, content calendars, and day-to-day execution across multiple brand accounts simultaneously
• Script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style, talking-head, property walkthroughs) — comfortable being on-camera when needed
• Use AI tools (e.g., Canva AI, CapCut, ChatGPT/Claude, image and video generation tools) to speed up content production and ideation
• Act as the primary client liaison for assigned accounts — reporting, strategic recommendations, and day-to-day communication
• Direct and review the output of a graphic designer/content creator working alongside you
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns (Meta, Google) including lead-generation funnels — real estate lead gen experience highly valued
• Track performance metrics and translate analytics into actionable next steps for clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay ahead of platform trends and proactively bring new content formats and ideas to the table
• Support influencer outreach, event coverage, and market/competitor research

What We're Looking For

• 2–4+ years in social media management, content creation, or client servicing — real estate or property marketing background strongly preferred
• A genuine social-media-native: you understand what makes content perform, not just what looks good
• Proven track record — please be ready to share accounts, campaigns, or follower/engagement growth you've personally driven
• Strong video production skills: filming, editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar), and scripting short-form content
• Comfortable and confident using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) and basic lead-generation funnels
• Client-facing experience — able to run client calls, present strategy, and handle feedback professionally
• Highly organized: content calendar management, reporting, and multi-account juggling should feel natural, not chaotic
• Prior experience in a real estate agency, brokerage, or property marketing environment is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
