Job Summary

Al Azeemah TR LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Curtains & Blinds with experience in the interior furnishing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer relationship skills, good knowledge of curtains, blinds, fabrics, and related products, and the ability to generate new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating site measurements, and closing sales while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for curtains, blinds, and related interior furnishing products.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and other business channels.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable curtain and blind solutions.
• Present product options, fabrics, designs, specifications, and pricing to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential clients, corporate customers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits, measurements, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and sales offers.
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries and negotiate with clients to successfully close deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with measurement, production, delivery, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales and installation process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, new curtain and blind products, fabrics, and designs.
• Develop repeat business and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in curtains, blinds, fabrics, window treatments, or related interior furnishing products.
• Good understanding of different types of curtains and blinds, fabrics, accessories, and installation requirements.
• Experience in residential and commercial project sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads and independently develop new business.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous UAE experience in curtains, blinds, or the interior furnishing industry.
• Existing network of contractors, consultants, interior designers, or property clients is an advantage.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.
