Main Responsibility

· Make phone calls to new customer for introducing company products and sell the company service

· Achieve the set sales target

· Conduct field visits to promote services and understand customer needs

· Communicating and building strong relationships with clients.

· Collect shipping documents as per the UAE government requirements from customers

· Filing the required documents and assist customers with all inquires

· Interact effectively with the internal team to improve shipping operations and services

· Follow up on the shipment process from time of confirmation till delivery to customers

· Follow up customers on invoicing and payment collection

· Inform to management team about sales and customer issues as daily basis

· Use analytical skills to identify market opportunities and enhance growth

· Stay up to date about developments and changes in the international shipping industry

· Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements of set goals

· Any other assigned duties by the management

Requirements:

· Minimum bachelor’s degree

· Minimum two-year experience in Logistics Sales, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry

· Strong knowledge of China shipping documentation requirements and procedure

· Strong communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft and especially Excel.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build relationships and maintain a strong client network.

· Proficiency in English Language.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

Freight Sales- for China: 2 years (Required)
