Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant financial solutions offered by the group.
• Conduct professional client consultations and follow up with potential clients.
• Achieve individual and team business-development targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on financial markets, products, and industry developments.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional approach when speaking with clients.
• Sales, business development, financial services, banking, insurance, investment, or related experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, and ambitious.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Professional attitude with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
