Spare parts Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of our brand – handle parts inquiries and sales through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer needs and offer the perfect parts solutions to match.
• Prepare competitive quotations, follow up like a pro, and close the deal.
• Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and grow our customer base.
• Upsell accessories, lubricants, and add-on products to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to meet internal parts needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and client interactions.
• Assist in inventory management—stock checks, reordering, and neat organization.
• Use cataloguing systems and inventory software for quick and precise part identification.
• Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-first approach.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts & cataloguing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Computer literate with good typing speed (30–40 WPM).
• Goal-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

It’s a Plus If You Have:

• Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicle brands.
• Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, or others).
• A valid UAE driving license.
• Residence in Dubai (strongly preferred).
