Real Estate Advisor Offplan & Secondary Market (UAE Experience)

Preeminent Properties is looking for high performing Real Estate Advisors with a proven track record in the UAE market to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and leading developers.
• Advise clients on projects, payment plans, investment potential, ROI, and market trends.
• Conduct professional property presentations, attend project launches and exclusive real estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through personal networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and business development.
• Build a strong personal network and develop long-term client relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience; luxury real estate experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to self-generate leads and close business.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and investment opportunities.
• English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Professional, ambitious, and performance driven mindset.
