Senior Sales Supervisor

Sales Supervisor – Wholesale & In-House Brand Development

Location: United Arab Emirates (Travel Across UAE Required)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead the expansion of our wholesale business and strengthen the presence of our in-house healthcare brands across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the wholesale business across all Emirates.
• Increase distribution and market penetration of the company's in-house brands through pharmacies, pharmacy chains, wholesalers, and healthcare institutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer credit management.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutraceutical.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE wholesale and pharmacy market.
• Proven ability to develop brands and expand distribution networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UAE.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
