Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Assistant Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will support senior sales staff, generate new business leads, build relationships with contractors and industrial clients, and promote our ESCALON product line across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities across construction sites, industrial facilities, warehouses, and contracting companies in the UAE.
• Client Engagement: Assist in visiting potential clients, presenting product catalogs, and explaining technical specs of aluminum scaffolding, ladders, and mobile platforms.
• Quotation & Proposal Management: Prepare and issue competitive price quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
• Sales Pipeline Maintenance: Manage day-to-day sales inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt follow-ups.
• Market Intelligence: Track activity, site developments, and market demands within the access equipment sector.
• Order Processing & Coordination: Liaise with the factory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of sales support or outdoor sales experience, preferably in scaffolding, building materials, construction equipment, or industrial supplies in the UAE.
• Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English;
