JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive – HoReCa & Institutional to drive business development and revenue growth for our Frozen Foods and Dry Products portfolio across UAE. The candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing key customers, and building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, industrial/corporate canteens, catering companies, and other institutional buyers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• More than 5 years of proven experience in HoReCa/Institutional Sales, preferably in Frozen Foods, Dry Products, Dairy, Food-Service Ingredients, FMCG, or F&B Trading.
• Must have an active network across UAE with Purchase Managers, Chefs, F&B Heads, Procurement Managers, and institutional buyers.
• Strong experience handling industrial/corporate canteens, hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, catering companies, and institutional accounts.
• Proven track record of new customer acquisition, account onboarding, business development, and customer retention.
• Strong understanding of the complete B2B sales cycle, including sampling, negotiation, pricing, credit terms, PO closure, and account activation.
• Knowledge of frozen food, cold chain, shelf life, storage conditions, and commercial
• kitchen requirements will be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive field sales and customer visits across UAE.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
