SALES REPRESENTATIVES – UAE

We are looking for motivated and commercially minded individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives, promoting UK professional certification programmes and related professional services to relevant target markets.

COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed monthly salary. Earnings are directly linked to sales performance, with an attractive commission structure and additional target-based bonuses.

⭐ PATHWAY TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT

Representatives who demonstrate strong and consistent sales performance and meet the defined criteria may be offered a full-time position with the company, with expanded responsibilities and the opportunity to develop a long-term career.

Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.

ROLE

• Promote UK professional certification programmes and related professional services
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales
• Utilise personal, university and professional networks, as well as social media, to generate business
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
• Gain practical experience in sales, business development and professional services

• AED 1,500 upon achieving AED 50,000 in monthly sales
• AED 4,000 upon achieving AED 100,000 in monthly sales

SUPPORT PROVIDED

• Sales and product training for selected candidates
• Monthly phone allowance, subject to a defined limit
• Local transport expenses for approved business-related meetings and activities
• Ongoing support to help representatives develop their sales pipeline

RECOGNITION

High-performing representatives who meet the defined performance criteria will receive an official Certificate from Cogniasal and ICQAWUK in recognition of their performance.

Please note: This is a commission-only opportunity initially. Full-time employment is subject to individual performance and achievement of the defined criteria.

Pay: AED1,224.71 - AED8,508.82 per month
