Outdoor Sales Representative

iBi is looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative to open and grow salon accounts across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will carry a professional nail range that is formulated in the United States and filled here in the UAE over 150 lacquer shades and more than 200 gel polish shades into salons that are currently buying someone else’s product.

Impression Beauty International (iBi) is a Dubai-based professional nail cosmetics brand supplying salons, distributors, and retail customers across the UAE, the wider GCC, and international markets. Our range covers Nail Lacquer, Flawless UV/LED Gel Polish, Ultimate Liquid & Powder, and the Unique UV Gel colour.

We are a small, fast-moving team. The person in this role will have real ownership of a territory from day one and direct access to the people making decisions about pricing, stock, and marketing support.

What you will own

– Territory development. Build a working territory across Dubai and the Northern Emirates identify salons and nail bars, get through the door, and convert them into repeat accounts.

– Product demonstration. Demonstrate iBi products on-site. Application, cure, finish, removal. Most of your wins will come from a technician seeing the product perform, not from a brochure.

– Order to cash. Manage the full cycle from first visit to reorder quotes, order placement, delivery coordination, payment follow-up, and collections.

– Account management. Service existing salon accounts on a regular visit cycle. Track what each account is buying, spot the shades and lines they are not stocking yet, and grow the basket.

– Merchandising. Keep the salon shelf and back bar looking the way it should correct displays, current shade charts, clean testers.

– Reporting and market feedback. Report weekly on visits, pipeline, and closed orders. Feed back what you are hearing on price, competitor activity, and which shades salons are asking for.

– Events. Represent iBi at trade shows, salon events, and training sessions as required.

What success looks like in the first six months

• A mapped, working territory list you know who the accounts are, who the decision maker is at each, and where each one sits in the pipeline.
• A base of active reordering salon accounts, not one-off trial orders.
• Consistent achievement of the monthly order target, with collections kept current.
• You are the person salon owners in your area call when they want to talk nails.

What we are looking for

• One to three years of outdoor or field sales experience in the UAE, ideally selling cosmetics, professional beauty, salon supplies, or FMCG into trade accounts.
• A valid UAE driving licence. This is a field role and it is not negotiable.
• Comfortable with cold approach. A meaningful part of this job is walking into a salon that has never heard of us.
• Fluent English. Arabic is a significant advantage the salon floor in this market is multilingual and the ability to sell in a technician’s own language closes deals.
• Organised enough to run your own diary, route, and follow-up without being chased.
• Comfortable being measured on a monthly number.

Nice to have

• Hands-on nail technician skill gel application, acrylic, or nail art. If you can do a full set yourself, say so clearly in your application. It will move you to the top of the pile.
• An existing relationship base with salons or beauty supply buyers in the UAE.
• Experience selling a professional or salon-exclusive brand rather than retail.
• Your own car.
